Behavior Punch Card

This is based in behavioral therapy so that the student may earn prizes if they meet their goals. It is the size of a standard business card. Attached to the behavior card are example expectations. These expectations are examples of things that the student can earn a 'punch' in their card or a stick on it. I highly recommend laminating the card and using stickers or other reusable means of marking the behaviors. The younger kiddos get very excited about their behavior cards and sometimes carry it around to show how much they've done!
